Welcome to the professional dentist in billings mt.
The parents of some 13-year-old Elyria girl who perished during a dental operation in January 2011 are devoting a few folks who they believe are responsible to their child’s wrongful death.
At a lawsuit filed by Amber McEwen and Jason Kingery in Lorain County Common Pleas Courtthat the household is suing Cigna Corp., Cigna Dental Health of Ohio Inc., Mercy Regional Medical Center, NES Healthcare Group along with Dr. Gilbert Palmer, alleging that all these parties’ failure to act resulting from the death of 13-year-old Marissa Kingery.
Kingery was getting dental hygiene by Lorain dentist Dr. Henry Mazorow on Dec. 21, 2010, when she had to be rushed to Mercy Regional Medical Center such as complications.
Kingery was using two baby teeth eliminated from the 80-year-old physician when she had been moved to Mercy, where court documents say she”never regained consciousness.” She expired, Jan. 3, 2011, two weeks after the procedure.
The household is alleging that Palmer, a doctor in charge of Kingery’s maintenance, didn’t do enough to spare Kingery.
According to the suit, Mercy Regional Medical Center and Palmer”dropped under the accepted standards of medical care,” as an outcome, Marissa Kingery expired.
The household also alleges that Cigna Corp. that provided dental health during McEwen’s dental plan, was not known for neglecting to hold Mazorow responsible for specific medical standards.
The Cuyahoga County coroner’s judgment determined that Marissa Kingery died of complications related to intravenous sedation during the surgery by Mazorow. Marissa Kingery had been due to the complications, without oxygen , damaging her brain.
The parents will acquire more settlements, however I think they want more than money here.
Unfortunately, nothing can bring their daughter back.
