Muscular TMD versus joint

Welcome to the professional dentist in billings mt.

Frankly, since I just need to come back to a feeling of normalcy, it’s started to freak out a bit.
About 6 weeks ago, I awakened having a jaw ache. Didn’t think much of it. It is simply felt tight since then, although the ache went away. I went through a situation. If I clenched at night, I started to wonder, therefore I went to the dentist. The dentist said he didn’t have enough evidence. He left me a nightshade, and ever since then it’s gotten a bit better.

Has anybody experienced this or something similar? Advice?

So I went to a TMJ specialist, I wanted another opinion. He explained clinically I do not show indications of TMD, however, I’m having symptoms. He shot an X-ray of my tendons and stated they look excellent, in addition to my own nostrils. So it must be muscular then. I appear to get this constant tightness/pressure in my left masseter area which could gobble up the side of the face.

Teeth sensitivity starting up a few weeks after fillings

Welcome to the honest dentist in billings mt.

I had a drink of water from the tap it wasn’t refrigerated, and the side of my mouth had been on freezing fire. I don’t know why, I’ve never had troubles using heat/cold sensitive teeth before, which explains why I thought it may have something to do with the fillings, I’m stressed maybe somehow among them has come out and been damaged and I’ve anxiety so this isn’t only your’ordinary’ stressing.
Any thoughts or assistance would be appreciated, I am seeing my dentist about a week and a half so that I can make her to look at it but I just want to understand if this is something which I should potentially push my appointment up for.

For the past month or so I’ve been getting some fillings done, I had the ideal side over 2 weeks, had a 2 week gap and then I had half of the left ones done on a week and a half ago, I return in another week and a half to have the rest of the remaining done.

Social inequality in tooth loss, the mediating role of smoking and alcohol consumption

Welcome to the reliable dentist in billings mt.

Abstract

Objectives

The research relies on data from the Social Inequality at Cancer Cohort (SIC); a cohort assembled by seven pooled cohorts. The study population comprised of 34 975 participants. With the use of natural impacts models, we regarded smoking and alcohol consumption as intermediates; we researched the role of smoking and alcohol intake in mediating the impact of education on tooth reduction.
In total, 4924 participants had tooth loss defined as <15 teeth current. The results of the investigations, about the additive scale, showed 1202 (95 percent CI: 623‐1781) additional men with tooth reduction per 10 000 persons among low compared to highly educated guys. Among girls, the analyses revealed 1159 (95 percent CI: 959‐1359) further individuals with tooth loss each 10 000 persons. The results, on the comparative scale, revealed that 11 percent (95% CI: 8%‐15%) of the societal inequality in tooth loss was collectively evidenced by smoking and alcohol consumption among low‐educated men. Among women with poor schooling, the mediated proportion was 26 percent (95% CI: 19%‐36 percent ).

Outcomes

Methods

The study’s objective was to inquire into the mediated proportion of smoking and alcohol consumption from the association between schooling and tooth loss. Moreover, the goal was, to the additive scale, to further decompose the whole effect of education on tooth loss into the immediate impact of schooling, the natural indirect impact via smoking and alcohol intake (differential exposure) and also the conducive interaction between schooling, smoking and alcohol intake on tooth reduction (differential susceptibility).

Conclusion

Social inequality in tooth reduction appears to be partly explained by differential susceptibility and differential exposure to alcohol and smoking consumption.

I haven't ever been to the dentist about a year due to the simple fact that I have been away at college. I noticed some sensitivity near my gums when drinking liquids which made me kind of stressed. Now I just happened to decide to peek at the inside of my teeth and I have discovered a lot of brown stains.

I don't think that has occurred I haven't noticed. Are these surface or cavities stains?
